Caron initially worked for Dr. Gonce a few years, starting in 2002 as a treatment coordinator. Job transfers required her to move multiple times to various locations around the country where she managed several different specialty dental offices. Because of her professionalism and administrative skills, along with her attention to detail, it was only natural for Dr. Gonce to bring her back to the practice in 2014 when she moved back to the area. Caron believes that a beautiful and healthy smile brings confidence and can change a person’s entire outlook on life and she enjoys helping patients to achieve that goal. Caron’s newest role is “grandmother” (2017) and she is loving every moment! In her spare time, she prefers being outdoors, whether it is walking/hiking, golfing or gardening.

Jillian’s background is in both the dental assisting and the administrative fields. She earned her Dental Assistant and Dental Radiology Certificates from Delaware Technical and Community College. Jillian enjoys entertaining friends at home and keeps busy with her energetic chocolate lab, Arlo. The beach is her true happy place and she tries to spend as much time there as possible.
